The location was a major highlight, being just a short stroll away from beautiful attractions like the Real Alcazar and Archivo General de Indias. The atmosphere was lovely, especially with the great roof terrace that we enjoyed after a long day exploring. The daily complimentary coffee added a nice touch, perfect to start the day.

the noise from the horse carriages is unbelievable, but that’s just one of my complaints. the air conditioning wouldn’t turn off, and I froze all night long, while nobody bothered to help us. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but no welcome gift was given to make up for it. what a disappointment!

Solo traveler should consider it
I talked to the receptionist, and she was super helpful! Gave me great tips on local spots. Plus, the room had super comfy beds that made falling asleep easy after the long days of exploring!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what you get.

The week spent in this charming spot was marked by an unbeatable location, mere steps from major attractions. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely escape with loungers for relaxation, and the air conditioning kept the space refreshingly cool amid the heat. However, street noise disrupted the peaceful atmosphere at night, and the room felt a bit cramped, lacking some essential space. While not cheap, the complimentary coffee at the start of each day was a delightful perk.

We loved our stay at this spot! The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the Cathedral. The kids enjoyed the rooftop views, while we appreciated the cool ambiance inside, especially during the hot days. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
My wife says that a small pantry with snacks would have been great for the kids.

The rooftop terrace was stunning, offering a
breathtaking view of the city, especially during Holy Week with the vibrant processions. The staff, particularly the reception, was friendly and provided great dining recommendations. However, the bathroom in my room could have been cleaner. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the Cathedral and nearby attractions, and the rooftop views were a hit with our grandchildren. We also took advantage of the bike hire, which made our city tour even more fun.

Had an awesome time with friends! The place is super close to the Alcázar and the Cathedral. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop and taking advantage of the bike hire option for exploring. Staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
